Otherwise known as a Chief Information Officer, we will provide high level technical direction that is aligned with your business and clinics objectives. Your dedicated vCIO will oversee your entire IT infrastructure, ensuring everything in a business’s network is firing smoothly.

Onsite Support

Our engineers are available to visit your office and clinic as needed as part of our Managed Service plans. We also offer the option to have a regular site visit which will enable you to have a have a consistent IT presence for your team.

Remote Monitoring

We use leading technology remote monitoring tools that provide 24×7 monitoring, alerting and support. This service includes antivirus for your workstations and servers. Our customer portal provides you with an easy access point to manage your devices. We load every device into a database and manage the support process from day one.

Server Maintenance

Server maintenance is our top priority to ensure your server software is updated and running so that a computer network can operate smoothly and avoid downtime or loss of data. Regular maintenance will keep the server running as expected and our ongoing patch management will keep it in line with industry standard protocols.

Network Devices

We provide unlimited support and maintenance of all of your network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls and access points to ensure your network is protected at all times.
